Thanks for your question! I choose to consider thermal noise as the noise source, which is typical in LNA design. Initially, I focused on the common-gate common-source topology to study and found out during the derivations that this positive feedback published in ISSCC2022 can potentially be a new canceling topology and cancel without an auxiliary path. I found this result interesting so I tried to do more on this.
