Too descriptive. You should try to summarise the problem and your proposed solution in few words/bullet points. And the most important thing is to describe the project objectives. It is difficult to appreciate the work otherwise.

Too many words for a poster and too few as paper. No abstract and no main points of the project. The two figures with no figure captions are too small to see the details without magnification. Looks like just some copy and paste of something for the poster.
